What is Rkgg Cashback?

Rkgg Cashback is a weekly reward that returns a share of your net losses on casino games. It’s designed to soften a tough run and keep the action going, so you can stay in the game and chase bigger wins.

If your week ends with net losses on eligible games, you’ll see cashback credited automatically. If you finish the week with a net win, there’s no cashback for that period.

How the cashback is calculated

• Period: Each Monday 00:01 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
• Net losses: total bets minus winnings on eligible casino games. If this figure is zero or negative, cashback for that period is zero.
• Rate: 5% of your net losses for the eligible period.
• Cap: cashback is capped at 100 EUR per week.
• Eligible games: all standard casino games contribute 100% toward the calculation; live casino games contribute 20%.

Claiming and using your cashback

• Credit timing: cashback is credited to your account by Monday 12:00 UTC for the previous week's period.
• Balance type: cashback appears as bonus balance separate from your cash wallet.
• Wagering requirement: to convert cashback into withdrawable funds, complete 2x wagering on the cashback amount within 14 days of credit.
• Withdrawal readiness: you can withdraw once you have at least 10 EUR in cash or in converted balance; the minimum withdrawal is 10 EUR.
• If wagering is not completed in time, the cashback bonus is forfeited.

Rules, eligibility, and tips

• Eligibility: you must have a verified Rkgg account in good standing; cashback applies to players in supported regions only.
• Non-stackable: cashback cannot be combined with other cashback promotions in the same week.
• Exclusions: activities that look like bonus abuse or fraud may suspend cashback or affect eligibility.
