Rkgg Affiliate Program Overview

The Rkgg Affiliate Program enables approved partners to promote the Rkgg brand and earn commissions on the activity of referred players. Commissions are calculated on Net Revenue generated by those players within each calendar month.

Enrollment and Eligibility

  1. Register an Affiliate Account through the Affiliate Portal and provide required business information for verification.
  2. Complete identity and business verification (KYB/KYC) in accordance with our compliance standards.
  3. Upon approval, activate your affiliate account and access tracking links and marketing materials.
  4. Begin promotion after acceptance of these Terms and Brand Usage Guidelines.

How Tracking and Payments Work

You receive a unique tracking link for attribution. Activity from referred players is aggregated monthly for commission calculations. The Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time statistics and monthly statements. Commissions are paid by the 10th day of the month following the accrual month, subject to minimum payout thresholds defined in the Affiliate Terms.

Commission Model

Net Revenue (NR) is defined as Gross Revenue generated by referred players from Rkgg products minus Player Bonuses and Admin Costs. Commission is applied monthly based on cumulative NR in that calendar month according to the tiered structure:

  • 0–200,000 NR: 20%
  • 200,001–3,000,000 NR: 30%
  • 3,000,001–5,000,000 NR: 35%
  • 5,000,001–30,000,000 NR: 40%
  • 30,000,001–60,000,000 NR: 45%
  • 60,000,001–100,000,000 NR: 50%
  • NR greater than 100,000,001: 60%

Notes: (a) Only genuine, active referred players are counted toward NR. (b) Minimum active players requirement: at least 3 active players per calendar month to receive commission. (c) Active status means verified, non-fraudulent accounts with ongoing player activity as defined by audit standards. Commissions for non-compliant players may be withheld or clawed back after an audit.

Promotional Materials and Tools

Rkgg provides an Affiliate Dashboard with access to banners, landing pages, tracking links, and performance reports. Marketing guidelines govern logo usage, creative styles, and prohibited content. Affiliate Managers assist with optimizing creatives and campaign structure.

Traffic, Advertising, and Compliance

  • Traffic sources and methods must comply with applicable laws and our terms.
  • Prohibited content includes content aimed at minors, illegal activity, discrimination, or material likely to bring Rkgg into disrepute.
  • Affiliates must not engage in brand bidding on search engines or employ deceptive marketing practices.
  • Cookie duration is 30 days from the last click; attribution is last-click within that window.
  • KYB procedures apply; we may request documents to verify business structure and ownership prior to payout.

Payments and Tax Reporting

Payments are issued to validated payout methods on the schedule defined in the Affiliate Terms. Minimum payout threshold and available methods are specified in the Terms. All payments are gross; deductions apply only as described in Net Revenue calculation and contract terms. Tax reporting obligations rest with the affiliate in their jurisdiction.

Data Privacy and Security

Rkgg processes personal and business data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data is used for affiliate management, payout, and audit purposes. Affiliates must implement reasonable security measures to protect tracking data and customer information.

Support and Escalation

Dedicated Affiliate Managers handle onboarding, campaign optimization, and payment inquiries. Use the Affiliate Portal messaging system for routine inquiries; urgent issues can be escalated through the support channels provided in the portal.
