Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings shown: "Company" means Rkgg, the operator of the Services; "Services" means the online gambling platform, software and related services offered by Rkgg; "Games" includes casino games, sports betting, lotteries and any other gaming activities available on the Platform; "Account" means a personal user account registered by an individual for access to the Services; "KYC" means the identity, age and source of funds verification processes required by these Terms; "Promotions" means bonuses, offers and campaigns provided by Rkgg; "You" or "Player" means the person who accesses or uses the Services under these Terms.

Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for an Account or by accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents expressly incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and participate in any wagering activity. You acknowledge that legality of online gambling varies by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws. Rkgg maintains a list of restricted or excluded jurisdictions and reserves the right to enforce access restrictions accordingly. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and close any open Account.

Account Registration and Ownership

Opening an Account requires truthful information in the registration form, and you must register in your own name. Only one Account per person is permitted. You must not sell, transfer or share access to your Account, and you must not allow third parties to use your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Rkgg reserves the right to refuse to open an Account or to suspend or terminate an existing Account without prior notice where warranted by risk, compliance, or security concerns.

Account Management and Security

You must keep your Account information up to date and notify Rkgg promptly of any changes. You may close your Account at any time in the absence of any outstanding balances or withdrawal requests. Rkgg may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an Account if fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Any person logging in with your credentials will be treated as acting for you and all associated activity will be attributed to you.

KYC, Identity and Source of Funds Verification

You must provide documentation reasonably required to verify identity, age, residence, and ownership of funds upon request. Documents may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership. You must supply these materials within ten (10) days of the request. Rkgg may suspend payments or suspend or close your Account if you fail to comply. Standard verification timelines are expected to be completed within one (1) day, subject to complexity. Rkgg may conduct additional checks with external institutions as part of its due diligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Balances

Financial operations are processed directly by Rkgg or a designated payment service provider. Deposits and withdrawals are made through payment methods available in the Account interface, and withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for funding where feasible. The balance in your Account is not a bank balance and bears no interest. You consent to deductions for any applicable fines or lawful charges arising from your activity and you shall avoid chargebacks. Rkgg may set minimum and maximum deposit limits from time to time and will publish such limits in the Deposit Terms. Refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and may require identity verification. Refund requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction, or within thirty (30) days where a third party accessed your Account, and may be refused or delayed pending verification. If documentation is not provided within ten (10) days, refunds may be denied and funds may be forfeited in accordance with this Agreement.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions are governed by their own terms and conditions, which supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Promotion-specific terms prevail. Promotions may be limited by eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, and geographic restrictions as applicable. Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate Promotions at its sole discretion without notice where required by law or for risk management purposes.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Rkgg promotes responsible gaming. Players may set personal limits and use self-exclusion tools; requests for self-exclusion may be processed by Customer Support. During any exclusion period, activity on the Account is paused and existing balances may be retained subject to applicable laws and internal policies. It remains the Player’s responsibility to seek appropriate assistance if gambling becomes problematic.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content you upload where applicable, but you grant Rkgg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to operate the Services. You may not reproduce or use Rkgg content beyond what is necessary for using the Services without permission.

Privacy and Data Processing

Rkgg processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your data for purposes including account management, payments, anti-fraud measures and service improvements. You have rights to access and rectify personal data as provided by applicable law, subject to verification requirements and legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rkgg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rkgg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses of profits, revenue, data or use arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. The total liability of Rkgg in any event shall not exceed the net funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose, except as required by applicable law.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rkgg is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or as otherwise required by law. If mandatory dispute resolution by arbitration exists in your jurisdiction, such resolution may apply where permitted by law.

Changes to the Terms

Rkgg may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the Platform or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you may terminate your Account in accordance with these Terms.

Suspension, Termination and Close of Account

Rkgg may suspend or terminate an Account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory concerns or at its discretion. Upon termination, remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and internal policies, and any pending withdrawals shall be processed in the ordinary course subject to verification requirements. The obligation to safeguard funds and prevent illicit activity applies after termination.

Communications and Support

Rkgg provides Support through the in-platform Help Centre and official channels. You may submit questions, requests for resolution of issues, or disputes, and Rkgg will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law.
