Aml & Kyc Policy

AML & KYC Policy

Rkgg is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other illicit activity. This policy explains how we verify customers, monitor activity, and manage risk in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory expectations.

Scope, Objectives and Compliance

This policy applies to all users of Rkgg services. Its objectives are to establish Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, define a risk‑based approach to customer due diligence, and set out the controls for monitoring, reporting and escalation of suspicious activity.

Governance and Responsible Roles

The Anti‑Money Laundering and Compliance function is led by the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). The MLRO oversees KYC verification, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, staff training, and liaison with competent authorities. The Company reserves the right to suspend services or terminate accounts where required by law or regulatory obligation and to escalate matters to authorities as appropriate.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

  1. Onboarding: A user must be registered and assigned a Player Account before participating in any gaming activity. Only one person may hold a single account, and the Company may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this rule.
  2. Personal data: The user must provide full legal name, date of birth, citizenship, permanent residential address, contact details, and a valid email address. An identification number may be required where applicable by law.
  3. Identity documents: A government‑issued document (such as a passport or national ID) and a document confirming the user’s address (for example a utility bill or bank statement) must be submitted. A recent selfie showing the user with the identification document may be requested to confirm identity.
  4. Geolocation and jurisdiction: A geolocation check of the user’s IP and device will be performed to confirm eligibility in a permitted jurisdiction. If location or eligibility cannot be verified, registration or activity may be blocked.
  5. Age verification: The user must be verified as being above the applicable legal gambling age. If verification fails, account opening or continued access may be denied.
  6. Verification hold: Rkgg may place an account on hold pending verification. During this period, withdrawals and certain services may be restricted.
  7. Document quality: Documents must be legible and authentic. Poor quality or tampered documents may result in additional requests or refusal of verification.

Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

To establish the legitimacy of funds used for gambling, Rkgg may request evidence of the source of funds and, where relevant, the source of wealth. Acceptable evidence includes payslips or remuneration statements, bank statements showing consistent identifiable income, trust deeds showing entitlement to funds, and dated proofs of payments or awards. Documentation must clearly demonstrate the link to the user’s account.

Due Diligence, Thresholds and Risk Classification

Rkgg applies a risk‑based approach to customer due diligence. All customers undergo standard due diligence (CDD). Where indicators of higher risk arise, enhanced due diligence (EDD) is performed. The risk classification framework generally includes Low, Medium and High risk categories, with corresponding levels of monitoring and verification.

Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Sanctions

Customers who are or are associated with politically exposed persons (PEPs) receive enhanced scrutiny. Risk assessments consider geographic origin, nature and level of activity, and potential connections to public funds. Transactions involving PEPs or sanctioned individuals may be blocked or escalated to the MLRO and relevant authorities.

Account Integrity: Prohibitions and Linkages

Anonymous or nom de plume accounts are not permitted. The Company will identify and verify the identity of each account holder. If multiple accounts or linked accounts are suspected to be used to circumvent controls, the Company may suspend, cancel or consolidate accounts, suspend winnings, or return deposits as appropriate.

Monitoring, Alerts and Reporting

Rkgg conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity to identify irregular, suspicious or fraudulent behavior. Automated alerts and human review trigger appropriate action, including enhanced due diligence, account restrictions, or temporary suspension. The MLRO oversees the reporting of suspicious activities to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law, maintaining records of all reports and rationales for decisions not to report where permitted by law.

Withdrawal and Payout Controls

Withdrawal requests require verification of the user’s identity and may be restricted or suspended if unusual activity is detected. Funds are paid only to the registered account holder. The Company may withhold funds or request additional documentation pending investigation or, if necessary, report activity to the appropriate authorities.

Crypto Transactions

Crypto activity is subject to the following: the initial deposit must be made in cryptocurrency; all subsequent deposits, wagers and withdrawals must be conducted in the same cryptocurrency. The Company does not convert cryptocurrency into fiat currency, nor does it offer crypto‑to‑fiat exchange. Identity, age, and address verification (KYC) is required for all crypto activity. Funds are held in segregated accounts and solvency attestations may be required. The displayed cryptocurrency‑to‑fiat exchange rate is provided for information purposes; crypto values are volatile. Withdrawals are made only to wallets controlled by the user and in the same cryptocurrency. The Company is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposits. Some payment methods may be restricted by jurisdiction and will be communicated to users accordingly.

Data Privacy, Retention and Access

Rkgg acts as the data controller for personal information collected in connection with its services. Personal data is retained for eight years from collection or as required by applicable law. Users have rights of access, correction, and deletion under applicable data protection laws, subject to operational needs and legal obligations. Data may be shared with processors or regulators as necessary to achieve AML/KYC objectives.

Training, Audits and Review

The MLRO oversees ongoing staff training on AML/KYC controls, indicators of suspicious activity, and regulatory developments. The policy and procedures are reviewed at least annually and updated to address emerging risks and changing requirements.

Policy Updates and Communications

Rkgg will notify users of material changes to this policy through in‑service notices and updated terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
