Introduction

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and not previously restricted from gaming. Each player may hold one account. Rkgg reserves the right to merge accounts and withdraw bonuses if multiple accounts are suspected or detected. Promotions are typically limited to one per household per payment method. Bonus Offers Overview

Rkgg may offer a Welcome Bonus and other promotions. Each offer is described in its own terms and may include eligibility, time limits, spend requirements, and game restrictions. Welcome Bonus Details

Upon first deposit of not less than €10, you may receive a Welcome Bonus consisting of a 125 percent match on the deposited amount up to a maximum of €750 and 100 Free Spins. The bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and the Free Spins are issued as described in the offer. The Welcome Bonus applies only to the first eligible deposit and cannot be combined with other bonuses on the same transaction.

Free Spins are granted as 20 spins per day for five consecutive days after the account has been verified. Winnings from Free Spins are credited to the Bonus Balance and may be subject to wagering requirements as set out in these terms.

Other Promotions

Promotions other than the Welcome Bonus may be offered from time to time. Each offer will specify eligibility, wagering, expiration, and any game limitations. Promotions are typically restricted to one per household per payment method. Opt in is required where stated. Offers are valid only for the period stated in the promotion details.

Wagering Requirements and Playthrough

Wagering on the Welcome Bonus and any related winnings is required before any withdrawal. The wagering requirement is 60 times the aggregate of the Bonus Balance and the real money deposit that funded the bonus. Wagering contributions are determined by game type: Slots and other eligible games contribute 100%, while table games contribute 0% toward the wagering requirement. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the date the Bonus Balance is credited. If the wagering is not completed within the period, the Bonus Balance and any noncash winnings derived from the bonus shall be forfeited.

When placing a bet, funds are drawn first from the Cash Balance and, if insufficient, from the Bonus Balance for that stake. Only wagering that is funded by the Bonus Balance counts toward the wagering requirements. If you withdraw any funds before completing wagering, you forfeit the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.

Restrictions on Use and Game Contributions

Not all games are eligible for wagering by bonus funds. In particular, bets made with Bonus Balance may contribute zero toward wagering on certain games or in certain promotions. The exact contributions for each game type are stated in the offer terms; in the absence of specific terms, wagering contributions from Slots and similar games shall be counted at 100% and from Table Games at 0% toward the wagering requirement.

Expiry, Forfeiture and Withdrawals

Promotional funds expire when the promotional period ends or when wagering requirements are unmet and forfeited. Bonus Balance and related winnings may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled, subject to any per offer caps. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, all Bonus funds shall be forfeited.

KYC and Verification

Rkgg may require identity and residence verification prior to crediting bonus funds. Verification may be requested at any time during the promotional period. Access to bonuses may be suspended pending verification and until compliance is confirmed.
