Sportsbook Rules

Scope, Definitions and Application

These sportsbook rules govern all bets placed with Rkgg. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms, together with any specific market description, notices displayed at the time of bet placement, and any applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The terms set out the interpretation for capitalised concepts including: Event, Market, Bet Slip, Stake, Payout, Settlement, and Official Result.

General Market Settlement Principles

The outcome of a Market is determined by an Official Result published by the relevant sporting authority or competition organiser. If a Market is resolved by official announcement after a match or event, bets placed after the publication of the outcome may be voided at Rkgg’s sole discretion. Where a match is not completed, settlement follows the official decision or, if not available, the final regular duration result unless the Market description states otherwise. Player specials are excluded from such general settlement rules when the Market description specifies different terms.

Acceptance, Palpable Errors and Corrections

Rkgg reserves the right to:

  • Not accept all or part of a bet without giving a reason;
  • Void or cancel a Bet Slip, even after acceptance, if there is a palpable error in the wording, odds, or start time of an Event;
  • Void or adjust bets post-acceptance for reasons including multiple identical or related bets, improper advantage from public announcements or confidential information, or any manipulation of betting activity.

Where a palpably erroneous price or event description has been offered, Rkgg may void the affected Market and refund your Stake. Bets placed after a technical error or system interruption may be re-checked and adjusted in accordance with these rules.

Postponed, Abandoned or Venue-Changed Events

If an Event is postponed or relocated, bets may remain valid if the new start time falls within 48 hours from the originally scheduled start. If the Event is not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled bets may be voided and Stakes refunded. If an Event is abandoned after the start and resumes within 48 hours, bets are settled on the result at the time of abandonment and subsequent play, where applicable. If resolution within 48 hours is not achieved, unsettled markets are voided unless markets have already been decisively determined.

Fraud, Irregularities and Regulatory Compliance

Rkgg may suspend settlement or cancel bets where there is suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or any conduct that could affect the integrity of the Event. In such cases, Rkgg may notify or report to appropriate regulators or authorities and await a determination before settlement. Bets may be voided or settled in line with the outcome determined by the competent authority or regulator.

System Interruption and Bet Placement

In the event of a system interruption during bet placement, Rkgg will perform standard checks on funds, price accuracy and eligibility. The customer may be required to log back in and verify whether a bet was accepted. Bets placed during an interruption may be treated as accepted or rejected based on server confirmation and the betting history available upon system restoration.

VAR and In-Play Decisions

Where a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision conflicts with an on-pitch decision and affects the state of the Event during bet placement, bets placed between the original incident and the final VAR decision may be voided. Bets may be settled if the final official decision occurs before the event’s conclusion and does not impact other unsettled markets. The decision to void or settle is made by reference to the official outcome of the Event, excluding markets unaffected by the VAR outcome.

Odds Presentation and Settlement Rounding

For user experience, displayed odds are truncated to two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal place, while the Total Winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancies are a product of these rounding rules and do not indicate an additional liability by Rkgg.

Settlement Timelines

The maximum period between initial settlement of a Bet Slip and any subsequent recalculation or re-settlement is 30 days from the date of the original settlement.

Match Endpoints and Time-Based Settlement Rules

If a match is officially concluded after 79:00 of normal time, all Markets will be settled on the full-time result. If concluded at 78:59 or earlier, undecided Markets may be voided unless already determined. In cases of abandonment or stoppage due to external factors, all undecided Markets are void unless the Market has already been decisively determined.

Supported Formats and Market Flexibility

Rkgg supports multiple match formats for pre-match and live betting. If a match falls outside the defined duration window (for example, shorter than 50 minutes or longer than 90 minutes), Markets may be voided. In formats where halftime equals half of total duration, calculations apply as described in the Market description. The customer accepts that format changes are within Rkgg’s discretion and that settlement may be impacted accordingly.

Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright (short-term and long-term) markets are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants stand regardless of actual participation, and are settled as losses where applicable if the participant does not take part. Head-to-Head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another on the same team, team markets remain valid, while certain individual markets may be voided.

Live Betting Rules

Live bets are accepted on main and additional outcomes. A live bet is considered accepted after server registration and confirmation. Live odds are final at acceptance and may not be altered. If a listed event is suspended and resumes within a reasonable timeframe, bets remain valid; otherwise, affected bets may be settled at a neutral coefficient or voided in accordance with these Rules. In unfavourable circumstances, bets may be settled at odds of 1.0 if not otherwise determined by live data.

Soccer-Specific Settlement Rules

All match markets are based on the outcome at the end of regular time, including stoppage time, but excluding extra time or penalties unless the Market description states otherwise. If a match is resumed after a stoppage, or if a result is adjusted by official sources, adjustments follow the official final result. Halftime markets may be void if the match is postponed beyond the standard schedule. First Goalscorer, Anytime Goalscorer, and related markets treat own goals in accordance with official records; if a player does not participate, related bets are void. Dead heats are settled by proportionate stake recovery, except where otherwise specified by the market.

Scorers and Player Markets

First/Last/Anytime Scorer rules apply to players who take part in the match from kickoff. If a scorer is an own goal or if a player does not participate, the related bets may be void. Bets on players who join after the event begins may be voided for first goalscorer bets. Market settlement is based on official statistics and broadcast data when official sources are in agreement; otherwise, internal data may be used for settlement after due diligence.

European Handicap and Other Market Mechanics

The European Handicap is an integer handicap applied to the home team, transforming a 1X2-type contest into a three-way bet: Home (-N), Draw (-N), Away (-N). A draw in the handicap is treated as a separate outcome with its own settlement rules. Asian Handicap or non-integer handicaps are not used unless described in the Market terms.

Horse Racing and Special Concessions

Horse racing markets settle on the official result, with Double Result concessions applying where the stewards’ decision places a horse in a different position after weigh-in or inquiry. Ante-post bets, including Non Runner No Bet, settle at the price and terms applicable at acceptance. If a weigh-in amendment occurs after the official result, it is generally ignored for settling purposes unless the Market description states otherwise. Bets on UK and Irish racing settle on the official post-race result; the concession applies across eligible selections unless specified otherwise.

Discrepancies, Data Sources and Dispute Resolution

In the absence of an official source, or when significant conflicting evidence exists, Rkgg may rely on its own records for settlement. If results published by official bodies differ from broadcast data, settlement will reflect the official result as published by the governing authority. Where there is inconsistent data between official sources, Rkgg may suspend payments pending verification. If an error in settlement is identified, Rkgg reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust winnings accordingly.

Data Protection, Privacy and Responsible Gaming

Rkgg implements applicable privacy and data protection measures. Users must comply with age and identity verification requirements and any regulatory obligations governing online betting. Responsible gaming resources remain available to all customers, and any breach of these standards may result in account restrictions or suspension.
